If you’re selected to move forward in the interview process, a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will reach out to set up an initial phone screen. Phone screens are a great time to get a better feel for the role and how it may align to your background. Come ready to discuss your relevant experiences and skills, why you’re interested in the position and how the role aligns with your career goals. We encourage you to bring any company, culture and position-specific questions.

What's Next

Our interview process is designed to assess core competencies needed for the role. The hiring manager and team members you speak with will assess core role fundamentals (e.g., skills, technologies, certifications, experience with specific tools) through situational and behavioral-based interview questions. Please look over the job description and prepare some examples that demonstrate your ability to meet the qualifications listed.

Conditions of Employment

Pre-start considerations: Please consider the notice timeframe you’ll need to give your current employer in addition to the time you will need to complete Strive’s onboarding and credentialing process.

Background check: A background check will be initiated shortly after you accept the role. Please be upfront and transparent about any criminal history.

Drug Screen:As a part of Strive’s standard onboarding process, all new-hires take a urine drug screen that includes testing for marijuana.

Within 24 business hours of signing and returning your offer letter, a member of the Strive Health People Ops team will connect with you for a welcome call. They will be your primary point of contact alongside someone on the credentialing team, if you are in a clinical role.

They’ll walk you through the timeline of events post-offer through Day 1 New Hire Orientation. New Strivers will receive: Onboarding recap email for reference, Initiation of background check and drug screen, Invitation into HR System for profile set-up, IT equipment, Day 1 New Hire Orientation invitation, and People Ops support throughout the whole process.
